I am so glad you chose to visit my website.
My work is influenced by people—their challenges, struggles and amazing abilities to overcome adversity. I use traditional techniques of layering thin glazes while building shadow and light to create three-dimesionality in my oil paintings. When sculpting, I structure the play of light on the contours of the form and use different textures to create balance. These techniques help convey the complexities of the human experience.
